He routinely advises governments and their ministries, regulatory authorities, and national oil and gas companies on strategic transactions, concession arrangements, joint ventures, and privatization initiatives. In contentious matters, he has represented states in landmark commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC rules.
